RETURNS

Our customer’s satisfaction is our top priority and we hope that you love what you buy. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within seven (7) days of receipt of the products. Provided that the products are in original condition and are accompanied with their original packaging, we will either exchange it, replace it, provide a Forj Living credit, or refund the purchase price (at our discretion).

If a product is faulty or damaged please notify us immediately. Photos of the faulty/ damaged item and its packaging must be provided. Please ensure you keep all packaging for the returning of goods.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for a refund but can be exchanged for something else or a credit. Please email orders@forjliving.com notifying us that you wish to return an item, including the invoice number on the email, and the reason for returning it.

We cannot accept unused goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty. Freight charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will also refund the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a tracked service for any return, as until the goods reach us, they are still your responsibility.

Once we have received the returned products, we will notify you by email of your exchange or refund entitlement.

All purchases are subject to The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australia).
