Refund & Returns Policy
RETURNS
Our customer’s satisfaction is our top priority and we hope that you love what you buy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email orders@forjliving.com within seven (7) days of receipt of the product/s notifying us that you wish to return your item/s. Please include the invoice number on the email, and the reason for returning it.
Provided that the products are in original condition and are accompanied with their original packaging, we will either exchange it, provide a Forj Living credit, or refund the purchase price (at our discretion).
Faulty or Damaged Products – If a product is faulty or damaged please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Photos of the faulty/ damaged item AND its packaging MUST be provided. Please ensure you keep all packaging for the returning of goods. If packaging has been discarded, we cannot guarantee an exchange or refund without proof of damage.
Sale Items – Please note that sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Important to Note:
- We cannot accept unused goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty.
- Freight charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty.
- For approved damage or faulty returns, Forj Living will provide shipping instructions and arrange for return freight.
- Customers must follow specific return packaging and labelling instructions and will be requested to provide photos prior to return collection.
- Once we have received the returned products, we will notify you by email of your exchange or refund entitlement.
- All purchases are subject to The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australia).
WARRANTY
Ico Traders offer a 2-year warranty cover on their wire furniture and homewares.The Ico Traders warranty covers:
- Any defects in materials used in manufacturing (as determined by Ico Traders)
- Any defects in workmanship under normal use (as determined by Ico Traders)
- Any broken components under normal use.
If the product is still under warranty, Ico Traders will:
- Repair the product at no cost
- Repair any broken parts of a product, using new or replacement parts
- If unable to be repaired, the product will be replaced at no charge
- If the product is unable to be repaired or replaced, the price of product will be refunded.
The warranty excludes:
- Damage of a product resulting from negligence (This covers any care instructions included with each product that have not been followed)
- Damage of a product resulting from unauthorised modification of the product
- Damage caused by natural disaster
- Theft or loss of the product
- Damage that falls out of the 2-year period of warranty from date of sale.
