Forj Living is a trading name of SCW Collective Pty Ltd and herein may be referred to as “Forj Living”, “Forj”, “We” or “Us”. As used herein, “Customer” and “You” shall mean the person or organisation who takes possession of the products and any other person or organisation to whom charges are to be billed, all of whom will be jointly and severally liable hereunder.
The placement of an order implies full acceptance of the Terms & Conditions as stated and implied.
All prices on this website are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST). Orders will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) only, we do not accept payments in other currencies. Forj Living reserves the right to change prices of goods advertised on this website, without notice. Orders will not be despatched until payment is received in full.
Forj Living credit card information security policy:
Forj Living uses Stripe for its online credit card transactions. Stripe processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service.
Bank Deposit / Direct Debit Payments may also be made by bank deposit for Australian orders. Goods will be held for 3 working days from date of order for payment to appear, if it does not then the order will be cancelled & goods placed back into stock. Cancelled unshipped orders which require a refund will incur a credit card transaction fee of 1.75% (domestic) or 2.9% (international).
Freight rates are calculated at the checkout for most Australian major city postcodes.
All international orders and some regional domestic orders are quoted manually. Please email us with your delivery address and order requirement and we will email you with freight options. If you have questions about shipping costs, please contact us – we are happy to provide a shipping quote for both domestic and international orders and are able to do this prior to you placing an order.
Our products are sent directly to you from our Forj Living warehouse in Brisbane. We use a range of freight agents depending on the parcel size and destination to ensure the best rate and safest delivery of your order. All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind of both Forj Living and the Customer. Should no one be present at the premises to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and your parcel will be available for collection from the nearest courier office or specific instructions for a subsequent delivery attempt will be provided by the freight company. Additional delivery attempts may incur an additional fee which will be charged to the Customer. Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout unless you select to contact us for a custom freight quote. We aim to dispatch all orders (with the exception of custom orders) within 1-2 business days.
If you live outside of Australia and wish to have a product shipped to you, please email us at orders@forjliving.com with your destination and we will provide you with a shipping quote. Any taxes, duty or other fees incurred on arrival of an international order will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note, Forj Living will forward any Ico Traders product enquiries for New Zealand-based customers to our friends at www.icotraders.co.nz.
We offer pre-orders on selected items. Please note delivery dates can change due to circumstances out of our control. Pre-orders can be paid for in full using our credit / debit card payment system or a minimum 50% deposit be made via internet banking direct to our account. Payment needs to be received within 3 working days of when the order was placed to confirm the pre-order. When ordering additional items with a pre-ordered item, our standard policy is to send your order once all items are in stock unless specified or requested. Cancellation admin fee of $20 applies to all cancelled or returned pre-orders.
Second items are sold as is and are final sales.
A credit card transaction fee of 1.75% (domestic) or 2.9% (international) of the order value including freight applies to all credit card payments.
All promotions and discount codes are issued at the discretion of Forj Living. We reserve the right to cancel any order which has unauthorised use of a discount code. Promotional offer and discount codes can only be used once per customer per promotion, unless specified. Promotional offer and discount codes will not be extended beyond the specified end date. No holds or returns.
