Refund and Return Policy

Our customer’s satisfaction is our top priority. If goods arrive damaged or faulty, you MUST notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Please include a description and photos of the packaging and damaged/faulty product to  contact@forjliving.com.

Damaged/faulty product must be packaged in its original packaging and made suitable for return freight if deemed appropriate by Forj Living.

We will organise pick up of the damaged goods and replace them immediately. If your item cannot be replaced, we will organise a refund or credit on your account.

Terms of Service

Forj Living is a trading name of SCW Collective Pty Ltd and herein may be referred to as “Forj Living”, “Forj”, “We” or “Us”. As used herein, “Customer” and “You” shall mean the person or organisation who takes possession of the products and any other person or organisation to whom charges are to be billed, all of whom will be jointly and severally liable hereunder.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The placement of an order implies full acceptance of the Terms & Conditions as stated and implied.

2. PRICE, CURRENCY + GST
All prices on this website are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST). Orders will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) only, we do not accept payments in other currencies. Forj Living reserves the right to change prices of goods advertised on this website, without notice. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.

3. PAYMENT + SECURITY
Forj Living use Xero accounting for invoicing. Payment can be made by EFT transfer or via credit card (fees apply) and must be made within the agreed Wholesale/Trade payment terms. 

4. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Our products are sent directly to you from our Forj Living warehouse in Brisbane. We use a range of freight agents depending on the parcel size and destination to ensure the best rate and safest delivery of your order. All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind of both Forj Living and the Customer. Should no one be present at the premises to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and your parcel will be available for collection from the nearest courier office or specific instructions for a subsequent delivery attempt will be provided by the freight company. Additional delivery attempts may incur an additional fee which will be charged to the Customer. Your shipping cost will be calculated by Forj Living on a per-order basis. You will be provided with a freighting guide to advise your customers.  We aim to dispatch all orders (with the exception of custom orders) within 2-3 business days.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you require an order to be shipped outside of Australia, please email us at orders@forjliving.com with your destination and we will provide you with a shipping quote. Any taxes, duty or other fees incurred on arrival of an international order will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note, Forj Living will forward any Ico Traders product enquiries for New Zealand-based customers to our friends at www.icotraders.co.nz.
